Raul Collins is a 25 year veteran of law enforcement. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from Texas Southern University (TSU). Throughout his professional journey, he has earned a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, a two-time Officer of the Year Award, a three-time Humanitarian of the Year Award, and a four-time Congressional Award winner. He contributes his key accomplishments to his experience by building trusting relationships with the communities he serves.

His role in law enforcement has been and is essential to steering the youth through education and preparation for their success.
