Johnny Long Vo, a Contact Representative of the Social Security Administration, Dallas Regional, is responsible for assisting beneficiaries or inquirers in person, by telephone, or in writing to provide information on SSA laws, rules and regulations, and Medicare Insurance Programs. Johnny Vo has over a decade of experience working in the public sector as a: Case Manager, Field Supervisor in the Home Health Agency (HHA) and Government Sector, and as an Inspector in the Child Care Licensing Department. He was also an interpreter for Court houses, public schools, and hospitals. He has a B.S. in Management from the University of Houston, a Certified Case Manager from the State of Texas, and a Certified Interpreter for Master Word Services.
Johnny Vo has built his career in a variety of roles and industries, mainly Federal and State Government jobs where he was not just a Case Manager, but also a U.S. Partnership Specialist, a Coordinator, a Family Assistant Specialist, an Inspector, and a Health Care Supervisor/Program Manager. He enjoys working a multifaceted career but thrives in an environment where no two workdays are the same. In addition to his varied roles, he is flexible and responsive to his work, especially in details and presentations.
Johnny Long Vo is a passionate and hardworking individual willing to put in 100 percent effort every single day to his job. He loves the culture of Houston, Texas, and has lived there with his family of five since he first moved there in 1991. He enjoys spending his free time exploring towns for good restaurants and working out.
